1. Application scope
The Coweth press connection pipeline is designed for pressure max 1.6Mpa, with max 100℃temperature medium of portable pure water, life portable water, cold water, hot water, sea water, gas, fire fight, industry, medical gas and so on.
2.2. Characteristics
2.2.1 Saving material
Due to the thin-walled, the pipe weight is only one third of old galvanized iron pipe, saving material a lot, reducing product weight, especially suitable for rather high building piping.
2.2.2 Reliable and safe connection
The Coweth press fitting connection strength is high strong, anti-vibrate as one-time firmly made, avoiding the possibility of loose joint.
2.2.3 Hygienic and anti- corrosive
Stainless steel pipe is a kind of recognized environmental healthy material. Its service life is more than 50years, satisfying the drinking water standards’ requirements of china, Japan, Europe and other countries. While carbon steel pipes is galvanized with latest trivalent chrome passivation, little pollution to environment but lasting longer of anti-corrosion.
2.2.4 Fast and convenient construction
No threading, no welding, and only cost one-quarter time than that of butt-weld pipe fittings; the press tools can be 360degree rotation, making the press connecting very flexible and so finished fast, especially better for small room, reducing the project time and installation cost, and avoiding leakage possibilities.
2.2.5 No maintenance, no change, superior economic performance
During the use life of buildings, there is almost no need to do maintenance and change to press fittings, saving the customer using cost greatly, that is, customer property cost and service cost tends to none.
