The press fittings with O-ring may be used for class III piping systems:

Inert gas: water seal effluent lines, scrubber effluent lines, main lines 2+5, distributions lines 5; 

Flammable fluids ( flash point ＞60℃)：Cargo oil lines, fuel oil lines, lubricating oil lines, hydraulic oil, thermal oil; 

Fresh water: cooling water system, drainage water system.

Press system-propress fitting: press galvanized carbon steel: design (compression couplings, press type): press galvanized steel tubes are thin-walled precision tubes. 

The press fitting end is annularly shaped as “U” type groove bead with O ring sealing inside. When assembling, the pipes inserts into the fittings, then pressed by professional press tools, 

to make the joint inside the “U” type groove reducing to final hexagon, resulting strong connecting strength, meanwhile achieving the sealing function by the deformation of the O ring.
